As you may recall, we recently offered you a little tease of some of the stuff on the horizon for Aha users. A lot of it is conceptual, but it still touches on the some of the feature ideas we are working on.
Well, we are getting closer to those previews and demos becoming reality, so be sure to stay tuned. We’ll be sure to tell you when you can get in and test drive the “new hotness.”
In last week’s post about CES I mentioned that we were demo’ing an all-new app. I even offered a link to the “Coming Soon” so you could get an idea of some of the stuff we are adding.
And now I have a nifty video that captures some of the ideas and directions (believe it or not that pun was not intended) we are heading with our services.
And now that you are all revved up with video coolness, have some fun with this week’s top shouts!
In case you haven’t heard (or checked your App Store app lately) our latest version of Aha has hit the App Store and is ready for download.
You won’t see any major visual changes in this release, but we did make some pretty significant speed and stability updates…so you’ll want to make sure you get it.
Before I get to the top shouts this week, let’s all give a big round of applause to Jason S. for his contribution to the blog earlier this week (be sure to check it out if you missed it).
In the coming weeks I’ll be pestering cajoling other colleagues to take some time to weigh in from their respective areas of expertise (so stay tuned).
Happy Turkey Day to everyone out in Aha land. Hopefully you all had safe travels en route to see all of your family and friends this weekend. And if you used Aha during any of your driving you no doubt noticed that DRAMATIC improvement to the launch time (announced earlier this week). With any luck that means you are leaving a ton of shouts, and hearing all sorts of great shouts from others. This leads me to the SHOUTS OF THE WEEK (one day early, because I know you will all be out shopping tomorrow!).
I’m going to go light on the pleasantries again this week. Just a quick reminder that you can also find us at twitter.com/AhaMobile, GetSatisfaction/AhaMobile, and facebook.com/AhaMobile. If you want to shoot us some feedback, ask for help, or just mingle with some other users, any of those will do the trick.
On with the top shouts!

In case you missed the news (though if you read this blog at all it’s hard to miss) the Traffic Shout of the Day contest has ended, and our 15 winners have been named. Rather than make you scroll back through all the old posts to get a sample of the content, I’ve gone ahead and gathered them all up here for you.
We had a ton of great entries, but it would have been even more if people had registered. Don’t forget that if you don’t register I have no way of contacting you about offers, contests, prizes, or misc. goodies (like car chargers). Just an FYI
Another week, another batch of top shouts. We’ll start with yesterday’s Top Traffic Shout Contest Winner. We’ve had previous winners from all over the U.S., but clearly we have some sort of following in the A-T-L. Out of 14 winners so far, 3 have been from Metro Atlanta.
There’s still a few hours left today to get your entry in for the final award. Get details at facebook.com/AhaMobile (contests tab), and don’t forget to register!
And without further ado, here are this week’s top shouts. Enjoy!

If you haven’t been selected as a winner, don’t fret. There is still another week’s worth of prizes to give out. And if you haven’t heard, the prize each day is a $100 iTunes Gift Card. You can see complete rules and details at facebook.com/AhaMobile (contests tab), and don’t forget to register!
And without further ado, here are this week’s top shouts. Enjoy!
For the first time in Caraoke history, we have THREE different users offering renditions of the same song. So I’ve created a special section just for them:
